Description
This role leads business process execution & improvement supporting service business units for the Applied Global Services Business segment. This person will engage cross-functionally to drive the execution and enhancement of critical business processes in support of the service business unit delivery. This role has oversight for the prioritization and execution of business process improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for executive leadership of key Service Business Unit processes including strategic review, portfolio management/execution etc…. supporting strategic business agenda. Responsible for executive program management of business process improvement opportunities supporting Service Business Units Partners with business leadership and the cross functional team to deliver tangible business outcomes through business process improvement. Leads development and execution of business process improvement roadmaps. Accountable for the on-time delivery, cost and quality of new business processes to support customer, operating plan and growth commitments of the SBUs. Leads development and execution of project management (PMP) in support of business process improvement Builds strong teams and cross-functional engagement across multiple geographies & external partners including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal etc… Communicates business process improvement roadmap and overall status to senior executives and stakeholders
Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience
Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
Business process improvement experience and domain expertise
Semiconductor applications and services experience desired
Strong program management
High financial acumen and analytical/data/statistics oriented decision making style (i.e. 6sigma)
Positive can do hands on entrepreneurial attitude
Strong communication skills and interpersonal presence that extends confidence and humility
Experience building and delivering executive level presentations.
Ability to effectively manage and deliver to multiple KPIs.
Critical thinking and ability to influence and communicate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders (Sales, finance, marketing, strategy, management).
Excellent personal time management and project management skills.

$168,000.00 - $231,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
