What we need

As a Qlik Analyst , you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Qlik Sense applications to support business intelligence and data visualization needs. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to understand their requirements, create effective data visualizations, and provide actionable insights. The role requires a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization.

What we do

The Customer Success team is part of our Customer Operations Success organization which partners directly with our customers and cross functional business units to identify and assist in prioritization of key initiatives. As a Business Data Analyst, y ou will provide a service to the broader organization by Designing, developing, and maintaining Qlik Sense applications and dashboards, while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. The team drives cross-functional programmatic workstreams lead by technical resources while establishing key organizational metrics and thresholds to deliver results.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross functionally (customer success, product management, engineering) to understand their data and reporting requirements to translate into technical specifications for Qlik Sense development.
  
  

• Communicate results and ideas to key decision-makers .
  
  

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications and dashboards, while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in applications.
  
  

• Create and optimize data models to support efficient data analysis.
  
  

• Write and optimize Qlik Sense scripts to load, transform, and manipulate data from various sources.
  
  

• Develop visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense.
  
  

• Implement new statistical or other mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analysis
  
  

• Conduct testing and validation of Qlik Sense applications to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence; Statistics, Applied Math or related field required .
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of business analytics experience .
  
  

• Minimum of 3years' experience in Qlik Sense development required .
  
  

• Strong understanding of data modeling, scripting, and visualization principles.
  
  

• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with different data sources.
  
  

• Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis.
  
  

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

• Up to 15% of travel may be required . Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
  
  

• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
