Consultant - US - Military Veterans

Infosys is seeking a Finance Functional Senior Consultant with exposure to Oracle EBS AR module and technical skills in PLSQL/Unix. The position will primarily be responsible for providing technical and functional support for Zuora applications. This role involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring the smooth operation of the RMS [Zuora] system. The selected candidate be able to Provide support for Zuora AR applications, including troubleshooting issues, resolving errors, and answering user queries. Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the RMS system, including reconciling between oracle AR and Zuora, correcting errors. Collaborate with development teams to support application deployments and enhancements. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues. Collaborate with other departments to resolve Zuora / RMS-related inquiries. Stay up to date on Zuora Application updates, patches, and best practices.

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience


• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree


• Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in scripting languages (SQL, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting).


• Proficiency in Oracle AR modules, including invoices, Credit Memos, Receipts.

• Experience with application development and support


• Knowledge of accounts receivable principles and revenue operations processes.


• Knowledge of Service Contracts, general ledger accounting and financial reporting.


• Knowledge in revenue recognition module of Zuora application.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.


Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $73,000to $102,200
In Washington, DC: $66,500to $100,300
