Infosys is seeking MDM Lead Developer with experience on Informatica or STIBO or Reltio or ATTACAMA or Supplier / Customer / Product 360. The position will primarily be responsible interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh or Charlotte NC or Richardson, Texas or Indianapolis, IN or Harford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
- At least 6 years of experience in MDM Development experience with a focus on Informatica or STIBO or Reltio or ATTACAMA MDM and Supplier or Customer/Product 360 implementation.
- Atleast 6 years of experience in Informatica or STIBO or Reltio or ATTACAMA MDM tools, including MDM Hub, Data Director, provisioning tool, and ActiveVOS.
- Atleast 6 years of experience in data modelling principles and data integration techniques.
- Atleast 5 years of experience in data quality management and data governance practices within an MDM environment.
- Atleast 5 years of experience in data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot MDM-related issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Data Analysis, Data Migration, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification, identifying data mismatch, Data Import, and Data Export
- Experience with using other Informatica or STIBO or Reltio or ATTACAMA tools like Power Center (ETL), IDQ, Power Exchange and Informatica or STIBO or Reltio or ATTACAMA Identity resolution (IRR)
- Prior experience with other MDM tools or cloud-based MDM solutions is advantageous
- Knowledge in ETL process from various source systems to Staging area, from staging to Data Marts and data load
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with functional teams and stakeholders
