• Estimated annual base pay: $81,300 (minimum) - $101,600 (midpoint) - $121,900 (maximum)

• Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining departmental and individual goals and performance measures.
  
• Ensure members adhere to all work instructions and quality requirements.
  
• Actively motivates direct reports and team/project members
  
• Clearly communicates and advocates the vision, strategies, alignment grids for Woodward, Business Group, Functional Area to his/her members. Participates in the process for creating the vision, strategies and alignment grids for functional area
  
• Aligns individual and team/departmental goals to support overall organizational goals. Motivates and recognizes members on achievements.
  
• Identify and provide resources for member development and training. Identify training needs related to safety, quality, new technologies and application tools.
  

• US - High School Diploma-or equivalent. Two- or Four-year degree in related discipline desired.
  
• 2-5 years Previous leadership experience required (e.g. direct leadership, team lead, mentoring, projects, etc.). Previous operations experience/knowledge required.
  
• Shift hours 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Solid understanding of processes, equipment and tools used in specific areas of responsibility. Ensure members adhere to all work instructions and quality requirements.
  
• Strong ability to analyze and make recommendations using data.
  
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize day-to-day activities and issues within functional area.
  
• Ability to assess situations and solve complex issues on a department level.
  
• Ability to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.
  
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and demonstrated ability to resolve complex member related issues.
