Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Alpha Numeric)
Location: Tempe, AZ 85283
Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6am – 2:30pm (when OT is mandated, start earlier or stay later)


• 3rd Shift: 9pm – 5:30am (when OT is mandated, start time 7pm)

Rate of Pay:

• 1st Shift: $18.00 per hour


• 3rd Shift: $20.70 per hour


• Paid Weekly

Job Summary: Join our Receivables Operations team, where you will play a critical role in handling and digitizing sensitive payment and document information for our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments and are committed to accuracy and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing, organizing, and digitizing documents while adhering to stringent procedures and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and digitize highly sensitive documents and payments with precision and speed.


• Perform accurate data entry of alphanumeric information with a target of 6,500 KPH.


• Follow detailed instructions and procedural guidelines to ensure compliance.


• Exercise independent judgment while knowing when to seek guidance from supervisors or leads.


• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.


• Work collaboratively within a team environment, meeting tight deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.


• Proven ability to perform data entry with a minimum speed of 6,500 KPH and high accuracy.


• Familiarity with PC and standard office software.


• Ability to work in a high-security, regulated production environment.


• Strong attention to detail and capacity to listen and apply feedback.


• Ability to pass a background and credit check.
