Expected salary range of $74,700 to $83,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Marketing Analyst position at Constellation Home develops and executes direct response marketing tactics including print and digital efforts and other outreach, to curate the development of Constellation Home business lines. As part of a dynamic marketing team, the marketing analyst is responsible for testing and managing of creative output, ranging from, but not exclusive to a campaign environment: direct mail, email, collateral, broadcast, owned and purchased digital efforts. The ideal candidate will execute campaigns and oversee assigned product line(s) with creativity, a sense of curiosity, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for driving the leads specific to assigned product line that drive sales.
• Develop and execute marketing tactics such as direct mail and email to include audience selection and test and learn scenarios.
• Continuous monitoring of campaigns and reporting on returns.
• Craft mar-comm action plans to meet operational business goals.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of available data sources such as a customer relationship system (CRM) for effective data analysis.
• Work across different teams and stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Help to create test strategies and measurement plans.
• Analyze and report on metrics and campaign effectiveness including traffic, acquisition, conversation, and return on marketing investment.
• Effectively communicate findings and solutions to business partners.
• Create tactical plan of action across multiple mediums alongside a measurement plan.
• Tracks, analyzes, and prepares results of marketing campaigns to inform future activity.
• Collaborates and influences internal teams to develop strategies and actionable tactics to profitably grow customer relationships.
• Assists in content creation across digital and standard media that incorporate a comprehensive campaign.
• Ability to problem solve independently on day-to-day issues and implement actions to solve.
• Perform ad hoc analysis as requested.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience supporting direct mail or other marketing channels to include experience designing test scenarios.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel to include pivot tables.
• 2+ years of experience project managing various marketing tactics to include traditional print to digital.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business field
• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with both internal and external contacts effectively and diplomatically.
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Demonstrated project management skills exercising sound judgment while displaying initiative and innovation on the job.
• Ability to work independently, be self-directed, budget time, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and objectively solve problems.
