Waterproofing/Caulking Technician - Military Veterans

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Waterproofing/Caulking Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in waterproofing and caulking techniques, as well as a proven track record of delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply waterproofing membranes to various surfaces
  • Install caulking around windows, doors, and other openings
  • Repair and replace damaged caulking and waterproofing materials
  • Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and company guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in waterproofing and caulking
  • Knowledge of different types of waterproofing membranes and caulking materials
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Demands:

While working, the employee will use their hands and arms, stand, walk, and may need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. They may also occasionally sit, climb, or balance. The job involves lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally moving objects over 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
