Product Manager and Experience Specialist - Military Veterans

The Product Manager and Experience Specialist sits at the heart of our work; helping develop actionable resources, creating robust recommendations and crafting quality experiences.

They lead our projects and the product development throughout its lifecycle. This includes working out what customers want, helping the business to achieve its commercial goals, and reflecting the values of the brand. They also provide the product vision and leadership for the many other roles involved in designing, developing and building the solution. This includes ensuring the solution supports the strategy and defined goals.

You'll work closely with the Senior Product Manager and Head of Business Solutions and Transformation Strategy owning and supporting programmes from opportunity analysis through to planning and production to performance measurement.

As well as creating onsite, product and interactive experiences for our clients, you'll occasionally craft case studies, award entries, reports, guides, news and more for the iCrossing brand.

This role requires 2 days per week in the office (London/Brighton/Cardiff). You will also need the right to work in the UK.
