Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Client Associate I you will have extensive knowledge of product offerings and possess the ability to provide high level consultative interaction with customers and to troubleshoot issues, as needed.

 What you will do in this role:

  • You will work in fast-paced environment to meet organizational deadlines.
  • You will provide consultation and information to requesting departmental contact for optimal document preparation, composition and printing.
  • You will provide print job management, routing and tracking with high level of quality and detail.
  • You will merge variable data into standard formats.
  • You will provide high level customer service ensuring critical requirements, due dates and ad hoc requests are effectively and efficiently completed.
  • You will set up, operate and maintain all processes, manage job queues, files and print jobs; including but not limited to: conversion of digital file formats for import into document management system; digital color production printing system; and troubleshoot complex workflow issues. 

 What qualifications you will need:

  • GED/High school diploma
  • 1 year customer service experience with experience and/or courses in Desktop Publishing, graphics or other related applications.
