As an integral part of our team, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to critical quality initiatives and learning the ropes of quality management. What You Will Do:

• Assist in completing Non-Conformance Reports to support the Materials Review Board initiative.
• Learn to perform product inspections and understand part drawing requirements to ensure compliance.
• Participate in Quality Clinic activities to diagnose and help mitigate non-conformities using RCCA methodology.
• Support quality escape management, root cause analysis, and contribute to corrective/preventive actions.
• Help analyze quality data and contribute to continuous improvement and mistake-proofing initiatives.
• Assist with internal, customer, and third-party audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.

What You Will Learn:

• Hands-on experience with advanced quality management techniques in a production environment.
• Collaboration within cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
• Understanding of industry standards, including AS9100 and AS9102.
• Application of RCCA methodology and lean principles in a real-world setting.
• Enhanced skills in SAP and MS Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AS9100 (QMS) and AS9102 (FAI) processes.
• Basic understanding of RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) methodology.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• An interest in learning about SAP and Lean Principles.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
