e are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager, to service our commercial accounts, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively and in line with company objectives and procedures.
What you get to do with us:
- Gather underwriting details and negotiate account renewals with company underwriters.
- Process client service requests including endorsements, cancellations, audits, and more.
- Review and issue certificates in compliance with industry standards.
- Handle invoicing in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate files and data integrity in our agency management system, Nexsure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs.
What we need you to have:
- MUST HAVE Active Property/Casualty Insurance License.
- Thorough understanding and ability to analyze insurance coverage forms and policies.
- Advanced customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Insurance Account Management.
