Description:
The Inside Sales Representative works collaboratively with multiple departments (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Production, Sales and Accounting) to best assist the Customer.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the distributor, wholesaler, and retail customers are given top-notch customer service.


• Handle prospective client inquiries over the phone, email, chat and face-to-face.


• Create proposals, quotes and review contracts.


• Contact clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seek new opportunities to reach the monthly sales target


• Create a sales target plan and execute plan to expand sales.


• Participate in company research, marketing, and sampling of the company’s products.


• This position requires domestic travel for sales and shows.


• Visit current and potential customers to provide support and information and sell the Company’s products.


• Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure the collection of payments promptly.


• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport


• Coordinate urgent deliveries with the customer to accommodate their needs.


• Educate customers on how the products or services can benefit them


• Input and update orders within the Company database.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems


• Positive attitude


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as a team


• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in assignments and workload


• 1-2 years of Sales experience
