Job Description: This course presents an in-depth exposure to computer hardware and operating systems. Students learn the functionality of hardware and software components as well as suggested best practices in maintenance and safety issues. Through hands on activities and labs, students learn how to assemble and configure a computer, install operating systems and software and troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Hiring is ongoing, by semester Required Qualification: Minimum qualifications: Must possess either a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an associate's degree in a related field, or possess 6,000 hours of relevant tested experience/education. 4 credit hours and fully online. Semester: 16 weeks
