Administrative position with understanding of IT administration of controls with the ability to report on SOC1/SOC2 internal audit compliance success or risks.
Position Title: Administrative Support Quality Specialist (Part-time)

Location: Remote USA

Your role in our future

The Administrative Support Quality Specialist will be responsible for reviewing IT tickets for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

This administrative position requires the ability to understand IT controls and to monitor and report on the success of SOC1/SOC2 internal audit compliance.


  • Review IT tickets for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Manage user access, re-certification programs, security permission review, and IT team ticket review.

  • Communicate audit report findings to IT Management.

  • Monitor approximately 30 IT policies and controls related to SOC1/SOC2 audit.

  • Ensure SOC1/SOC2 compliance by performing quality validation of infrastructure, applications, and systems.

  • Assist IT Management with audit schedules by tracking and participating in IT-related projects.

  • Identify areas for improvement in IT ticketing processes and recommend changes.

  • Communicate with IT staff to resolve issues with IT tickets.

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to IT ticketing processes and procedures.

  • Participate in IT quality control activities and audits.


Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in IT quality assurance or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of IT ticketing systems and processes

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel.

  • Knowledge of Fresh Service ticketing system or similar ticketing systems.

  • Ability to create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation related to quality assurance processes.

This position has an hourly pay range of:

$18.08-$27.12
