Job Description

Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Compliance Support Specialist for its Legal Department operations based in Lenexa, KS. This individual will be responsible for the following:

• Complete pre-qualification documentation; both paper and electronic
• Oversee assigned compliance requirements
• Handle document retention; both paper and electronic
• Support daily tasks of Compliance Support Specialist(s)
• Work closely with and support multiple branch locations through open communication and collaboration
• Management of Clearinghouse sites
• Gather and update supporting documentation

Requirements

Basic Requirements:

• 2 years of professional experience in a compliance role or a comparable position required
• 2 years of experience in a professional office setting required
• Thrives under pressure and effectively manages multiple tasks concurrently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Communicates thoroughly and professionally, both verbally and in written format
• Ability to engage, communicate, and collaborate effectively with all levels of employees within the company
• Takes initiative and is a self-starter
• Great attention to detail
• Demonstrates ability to think creatively and critically to solve problems and engage in troubleshooting
• Aims to exceed expectations and continually improve personal performance and knowledge
• Ability to work well interdepartmentally

Preferred Requirements:

• Construction industry experience
• Experience in management of clearinghouse sites - ISNetWorld, Avetta, Textura is preferred
• Experience with Adobe or Bluebeam
• Local to the Kansas City Metro Area
