Associate Business Development Manager - Military Veterans

Infosys is hiring for an Associate Sales Manager in our Consumer Technology Practice. In this sales role, you will identify, bring together, and close opportunities to provide consulting and business services to major clients. You will build an account plan to grow existing accounts while working to acquire new logos.
You will prospect and nurture relationships with executive sponsors in selling a suite of opportunities across the entire spectrum of Information Technology. Infosys' services include; application development and maintenance (ADM), Testing, Business intelligence, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, IoT, Connected Devices, New technologies and Business Process outsourcing services.
You will be an integral role in the growth of the company’s global service lines. This role is highly strategic and highly transparent. The individual in question must be comfortable working within a matrix environment from a reporting and resource perspective.
Qualifications:
- Located in the Bay Area of California, able to travel the region and work from Infosys Offices and Client locations.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- Strong sales, relationship management and account management experience
- Experience originating and qualifying leads via cold-calling, networking, social media, and other sources
- Ability to develop and qualify leads or new logos to be further pursued
- Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
- Lead client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales culture
- High level of personal and professional integrity, excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management

Preferred Qualifications:
- A well-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas
- Recent experience selling consulting services engagements
- Qualified applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed YOY sales targets
- This is a sales role, and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques
- Experience in building relationships with senior executives
- Ability to work in a global organizational and service delivery environment
