Call Center Agent, Hybrid, $24.29/hour - Military Veterans

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will become a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their dental benefits journey. You will field inquiries via phone, email, and fax, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless experience for group administrators, subscribers, and dentists.  Located in Parsippany, NJ, this is a hybrid position, in office Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Monday, Thursday and Friday.  We provide the training and equipment needed, as well as outstanding benefits and an hourly starting rate of $24.29.  Hours are 10:30 to 6:30 Monday through Thursday, and 9 to 5 on Friday.  During the first six weeks of training, the schedule is 9 to 5:30, Monday through Thursday, and 9-5 on Friday.


 


What You'll Do:


 





  • Be the Voice of Expertise: Answer inbound calls promptly and efficiently, providing accurate and empathetic support to customers regarding their dental plans, policies, and procedures.



  • Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Research and resolve customer inquiries, utilizing your knowledge of dental benefits, claims processing, and company guidelines.



  • Master the Art of Claims: Process dental claims with precision, including standard claims, coordination of benefits, pre-treatment estimates, and adjustments.



  • Champion Customer Information: Maintain accurate subscriber records, updating information and documentation as needed.



  • Embrace Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.





 


What You'll Need:


 





  • Customer Service Superhero: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, demonstrating your passion for exceeding expectations.



  • Dental Aficionado (a Plus!): Experience as a Dental Assistant or knowledge of dental terminology will give you a head start.



  • Tech-Savvy Communicator: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfortable navigating various software applications.



  • Communication Dynamo: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.



  • Detail-Oriented Guru: Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
