Position Specific Description

We strengthen and engage our greatest asset - our people!

The individual in this position makes decisions and recommendations having significant impact on the indicators of the company. The individual will communicate critical and controversial issues with high level management of the company. This role will be responsible for one or more programs of critical importance to overall company objectives.

Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI)


  • Weekly indicator reviews

  • Run the Business Dashboards

  • Fleet Performance/Health Indicators

  • Develop analytical models to improve reliability


Budget Development

  • Validate asset plan

  • Asset Management Reports, Outage Schedules


Initiatives/Leadership

  • Tactical Teams, Collaboration Teams

  • Equipment Lifecycle Management

  • Manage Fleet reliability models


Process Management

  • Champion Asset Management Process

  • Process Health for Fleet


The ideal canidate will have/be able to:

  • Leadership skills

  • Ability to interact with various levels throughout the organization,from craft personnel to the VP level

  • Leverage resources both inside and outside the company to achieve desired business results

  • Able to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments,

  • Act as technical liaison to individuals and groups within and outside the company with the responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters.


Job Overview

Employees in this role apply diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and related fields. Individuals will use advanced techniques and modification and extension of theories, precepts, and practices.

  • Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria

  • Devises new solutions to problems encountered

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • Experience: 2+ years
