Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Integrator and Subject Matter Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project schedule planning, roadmap development, and managing system development and releases. This role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies, risk management, and security systems data. The Project Integrator will play a critical role in interfacing with other systems, managing deployments, and ensuring project success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules and roadmaps for system development and bi-weekly releases.
Manage team tasking and expectations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and impacts to the project and schedule.
Utilize agile processes, perform as the scrum master, and conduct agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Use requirement and defect tracking software to divide work into Minimum Viable Increments (MVIs), Epics, user stories, and tasks.
Understand security systems data and interdependencies.
Build interfaces with other systems, document requirements, create testing plans, and review Interface Control Documents.
Manage deployments, configuration tracking, and control gates.
Handle high-priority, event-driven issues professionally.
Schedule business meetings with project stakeholders, prepare meeting materials and briefings, and document meeting outcomes and action items.
Demonstrate experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Integrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience as a scrum master.
Proficiency in requirement and defect tracking software.
Solid understanding of security systems data and interdependencies.
Experience in building and documenting interfaces with other systems.
Ability to manage deployments, configuration tracking, and control gates.
Excellent risk management and mitigation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-priority issues professionally.
Experience in scheduling and conducting business meetings, preparing materials, and documenting outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
