The base salary range for this position is $73,256 to $ 95,233, depending on experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred. Associate degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required. • Knowledge of construction standards, operating maps, and accounting principles. • Proficient in SAP, MS Technologies, SharePoint, and GIS systems.

Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility. • Able to train others in advanced topics. • Able to work independently and demonstrate complete proficiency in analyzing record documentation. • Good interpersonal and communication skills

JOB SUMMARY:

Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, and other relationships:

Demonstrates complete proficiency in updating and maintaining equipment records and functional locations in SAP. The Lead Analyst demonstrates a practical knowledge of the gas and electric systems as well as a working knowledge of engineering and construction policies and procedures. They must have the ability to identify potential problems and solve them. The Lead Analyst must be an expert in master data, DLI, and GIS ensuring data is accurate for use by Asset Management, GIS and Mapping, Maintenance Delivery, and Operations.

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):

1. Read, research, interpret, and analyze all sketches, data, field notes, system records, construction standards, and detailed reports to create accurate and up-to-date records when completing work orders in SAP.

2. Investigate and resolve discrepancy requests that are sent to the Master Data Group through SharePoint and inspection requests for both gas and electric in order to properly update SAP.

3. Participate in data clean-up initiatives that support various projects. The clean-up initiatives require research and analysis using

Internal Use

GIS, SAP, and legacy records to properly update records in SAP.

4. Provide support in all functional areas of Master Data including,

but not limited to the following items: creation and updating of

procedures, training to others on Master Data functions, scanning

documentation, and reports for metric tracking.
