This position will play a meaningful role within the Line of Business Compliance team supporting Resy & Global Dining which has multiple web and mobile apps and will be responsible for providing advisory and compliance oversight for this area. The position will provide strategic support to drive innovation for the business while building an effective framework for compliance with applicable laws and regulations for U.S. and international markets. Focus will be dedicated to Resy & Global Dining product development, marketing strategies, process controls, customer communications and complaints.


How will you make an impact in this role?



  • Provide resolution compliance support to assist business partners reach their goals while meeting compliance requirements.


  • Review marketing campaign strategies and advertising materials to effectively mitigate compliance risks and provide regulatory guidance.


  • Drive implementation of policy and regulatory requirements in the areas of Consumer Protection and Fairness, UDAAP, Third Party Management and other relevant federal, state, and local regulations.


  • Support new initiatives through the New Product Approval (NPA) process and integration of effective controls, testing and ongoing monitoring into new and existing processes.


  • Effectively manage the Corrective Action process to support timely closure of gaps and customer remediation where required.


  • Strong focus on controls and processes with the ability to analyze and implement effective processes.


  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and internal collaborators (e.g., other Global Risk and Compliance colleagues, General Counsel’s Organization, Operational Excellence, Independent Compliance Testing, Privacy, Internal Audit Group)



Minimum Qualifications



    Demonstrated proficient knowledge of U.S Consumer closed and open-end credit laws and regulations and banking regulations governing credit card activities and their impact on products, operations, and services.



    • Experience with dining benefits and booking platforms preferred.


    • Experience with digital Mobil products and hospitality platforms.


    • Ability to research, assess and determine regulatory impact to business initiatives.


    • Strong leadership skills and proven track record to influence decisions, communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.


    • Strong people skills to support business partners and a proven ability to develop and grow relationships.


    • Ability to effectively communicate compliance risks and requirements to all levels of staff and management; including the ability to influence others to achieve desired results.


    • Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently, work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and manage multiple tasks while prioritizing work in a highly deadline-intensive environment.


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


    • Compliance, legal, or risk experience.


    • Familiarity with consumer privacy regulations.



    Preferred Qualifications



    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.



    Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
