Post-Doctoral Associate - Military Veterans

Job duties:
- Conduct Experiments (45%) - Genome engineering of NK cells using CRISPR nucleases and lentiviral vectors, Functional assays
- Design new experiments (45%) - Development of methods for enhanced gene editing of NK cells.
- Routine lab maintenance (5%) - Materials acquisition and laboratory organization as necessary
- Supervision (5%) - Supervise undergraduate research assistants and laboratory technical personnel who will aid in performing routine experiments.
Required Qualifications:
-PhD in molecular, cellular, developmental, genetics, immunology, or cancer biology.
-Flow cytometer
