About The Role – 28997 - Territory Manager (Salcha, Alaska)


 


The Territory Manager delivers safe and effective in-field operations, to ensure Contract Delivery; deliver Site Organic Growth; and manage Operations Execution.  This role is accountable for the safe and effective delivery of in-field operations; DIFOT to customer; CFC and debtor compliance; day to day contract execution and variation management; owns local and site customer interface and relationships and provides key demand & market feedback to the business.


 


 


What you will be doing


 


·        Manages operational activities at Site/s in line with applicable SHES policies


·        Manages Demand fulfilment for store/site to blast hole


·        Manges Site DIFOT & Tonnes performance Reporting (daily)


·        Conducts Site Operational Reviews (monthly)


·        Conducts daily customer demand planning


·        Actively manages assets through their life cycle, including sustenance capital spend and replacement planning Implements plans to ensure the maximum utilisation, availability and security of business assets on site/s


·        Manages bid tender preparation & negotiation and contract finalisation for site (minor accounts only)


·        Actively identifies conversion of Business Development opportunities for differentiation Ensures weekly regional customer demand forecasting is conducted


·        Attends face to face customer meetings


·        Ensures customer needs identification and execution of solution


·        Manages contract management (invoicing & rise & fall implementation)


·        Ensures CFC / CAPEX controls are in place and expenditure is in line with budgets


·        Works with the Credit and Collection team to ensure customers debtor compliance is aligned to contracted terms


 


 


What you will bring


 


·        Minimum 8 years experience post professional qualification, including 5 years of direct people management experience.


·        Proven ability to lead a team, including building a collaborative approach in the development of the direction and operations of the workstream.


·        Proven influencer, able to manage processes across multiple stakeholder groups.


·        Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives would be desirable.


·        Demonstrated skills associated with building strong vendor &/or customer relationships


·        Financial accumen & budgeting experience.
