An Electrical Construction QA QC Coordinator is needed for a leading GC firm. The Electrical Construction QA QC Coordinator is responsible for implementing and managing the project quality control program to ensure construction meets project standards and requirements. This role involves direct collaboration with internal and external team members to oversee document review, coordination, and implementation during construction and commissioning.

Qualified candidates must have 3+ years of electrical construction-focused experience on similar projects and a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Proficiency in MS-based software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, and SmartSheet, is desired. This is a direct-hire role, and relocation can be budgeted for non-local candidates.

responsibilities:

• Work and communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owner representatives


• Execute inspections with trade partners to ensure checklist accuracy before and after inspection


• Ensure project QC documentation is complete and procedures are followed to mitigate project risk


• Manage equipment tracking tools, updating inspection statuses and project workflows


• Conduct quality and office/field meetings, review logs, and provide documentation and meeting minutes


• Coordinate inspection paperwork with trade partners, manage testing reports, and train on software tools for best practices

• Experience level: Experienced
