As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience

• Candidate must be located within US and willing to work in CST time zone. This position may require travel.
• 4 years of experience in Healthcare and PBM Industry Experience
• 2 years of hands-on coding experience with Programming Language- Java, Selenium Webdriver Test automation, API test automation using Ready API.
• At least 2 years of hands-on coding experience in Core Java and standard test tools, eg- junit, TestNG, Rest Assured, Automation of Restful Web Services, Cucumber.
• At least 2 years of hands-on in usage of version control systems such as SVN, GitHub, BitBucket etc.
• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Healthcare and PBM Industry experience
• Experience in API/Web Services testing
• Experience in Database testing
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts
• Should have knowledge of test methodologies, creating Test Strategy and Test Plan documents.
• Should have knowledge of writing and executing manual test cases.
• Ability to develop test data to simulate production application environment.
• Should have knowledge of Defect life cycle.
• Should have knowledge of one or more Test Management tools such as Zephyr etc.
• Should have knowledge of one or more Agile tools such as JIRA etc.
• Should have knowledge and worked on Agile methodology of software development
• Strong Communication skills.
• Ability to write simple to medium complex database queries.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment\\Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements. Also the candidate is required to work from client’s office 3 days a week.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $<67,000> to $< $93,800>
In Washington, DC: $<81,900> to $<111,000>
