Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Military Veterans

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will work closely with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing behavioral health services that promote growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our organization is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services that make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify the needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans

- Implement and maintain behavioral therapy programs that focus on increasing positive behaviors and reducing problem behaviors

- Collect and analyze data on client progress, using the data to inform treatment decisions and adjust interventions as needed

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's behavioral health needs, including their strengths and challenges

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavioral health and ABA

Experience

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Pay: $73,837.00 - $83,175.00 per year
