Job Description

We are seeking a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our award-winning Investor Relations team, working alongside the VP and Director of IR to support the day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives of this high-impact function.  The IR Coordinator role provides an opportunity to work cross-functionally and will have a broad level of exposure throughout the organization.  You will collaborate across a variety of groups at the company including Finance, Accounting, Strategy, Legal, Communications, and the business units, as well as with external stakeholders including institutional investors and Wall Street analysts.  This is a fully in-office role at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters (with flexibility when needed). 

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of appropriate Investor Relations and company policies, practices and procedures

  • Manage preparation calendar and schedule meetings for earnings, investor conferences, bus tours, investor meetings, non-deal roadshows and hosted events (e.g. Investor Day)

  • Collaborate with the offices of the CEO, CFO, and other business leaders to determine availability, provide logistics, details for events, etc.

  • Organize investor engagements, including communicating with Corporate Access teams at Wall Street institutions to plan time, place, attendees, agenda, etc. for external events

  • Plan and execute the logistics related to the quarterly earnings release process, including interfacing with internal and external teams to update the Investor Relations website and scheduling investor calls

  • Execute all logistics associated with investor events, including booking flights, hotels, cars, meeting rooms and catering requirements, coordinating check-in requirements, providing “meet and greet” services, and coordinating and troubleshooting all IT requirements as needed

  • Effectively manage VP, IR and Director, IR calendars, meeting requests, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements

  • Coordinate and track IR vendor management including contracts, purchase orders and invoice processing

  • Manage the IR alias inbox, and triage incoming email and phone inquiries

  • Support regular reporting by the IR team – including pulling updated data sources and/or interfacing with internal teams for relevant data gathering

  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships in order to effectively support IR team and serve as the interface between stakeholders and the organization

  • Use investor CRM system to record events and investor interactions, create investor profiles and executive briefing documents

  • Collaborate with others to improve processes and influence outcomes

  • Act as a resource to the team to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

  • Comfort in learning new technologies as to become proficient in systems/software necessary to successfully perform assigned tasks and increase efficiency

  • Interest in improving processes and procedures as appropriate

  • Prior Investor Relations experience is a plus

U.S. Salary Range:

$44.40 - $61.05

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
