Threat Intelligence Analyst - Military Veterans

ABS Group is currently searching for enthusiastic, highly motivated leaders with strong organizational skills to join our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Risk Management Center's (NRMC) Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) team in Washington, DC, and support CISA in leading the national effort to protect and enhance the resilience of the nation's physical and cyber infrastructure.
The Threat Analysis team combines threat information with vulnerability and consequence information to develop stand-alone risk assessments and/or those which support broader supply chain related assessment and risk reduction activity.

Working Schedule

The preferred candidate for this position should be located in the DMV Metro area and open to work a minimum of two (2) days at the client site.

What You Will Do:

• Acquire and assess raw and finished reporting to understand the nature of the supply chain threat and associated risks.
• Conduct research and analysis of all source intelligence information driven by the supply chain risk, including IC, federal government, DHS, regional, SLTT, and private sector information.
• Work with federal team members to combine relevant threat, vulnerability, consequence, and mitigation information into assessment formats defined for individual decision support.
• Develop written products and briefings for internal and external dissemination, participate in coordination with federal and IC partners, provide input to internal CISA supply chain assessments, evaluations, and policy documents.

What You Will Need:

Education and Experience

• 2 - 8 Years of experience in intelligence collection, analysis, and supply chain risk management.
  • High School Diploma/GED: 8 years of experience
  • Associate degree: 6 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: 4 years of experience
  • Master's Degree: 2 years of experience
  
  
• Minimum one (1) year experience in research and analysis of all source information.
• Experience producing risk assessments and other intelligence products
• Active Top-Secret Clearance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to successfully refine raw information into actionable intelligence to support the development of risk assessments.
• Demonstrate familiarity with supply chain risk management and critical infrastructure.
• Ability to work effectively across contract Task Areas and directly with Government staff or Customers.
• Ability to apply experience across multiple, complex work assignments that may be broad in nature.
• Must be innovative and operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
• Must be eligible to retain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility/access.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience
