Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Archivist to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Identifies, collects, arranges, and preserves data and documents related to Client Projects.


• Analyzes documents and classifies them in accordance with related functions and importance; establishes and maintains effective indexing procedures.


• Develops, implements, and evaluates a plan of archival management and services in consultation with Client.


• Inputs records into the Client Registry for retrieval and application processes.


• Prepares log report for title deed registration status.


• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.


• Oversees the entire project, ensuring that all activities are aligned with project goals and liaising with the Client. 

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and typically 7+ years of relevant experience 


• Relevant working knowledge.


• Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications suite

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills


• Strong oral and written communication skills, in both Arabic and English


• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high level or accuracy
