For this position as a probate Legal Assistant you must have hands on experience as a Legal Assistant supporting 2 or more Attorneys and Paralegals. Keys to success in this Legal Assistant role will include strong Microsoft Office experience, excellent communication and attention to detail, as well as the ability to multi-task. The best suited candidate for this Legal Assistant role will be pro-active and able to anticipate the needs of attorneys while prioritizing work load. Day to day functions of this Probate Legal Assistant position will include calendaring appointments, fielding calls, drafting correspondence & documents, entering attorney time records, as well as linking documents & emails to universal case management system.
