We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Supervisor for a healthcare services company placed at San Juan,PR.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, motivating agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

*Previous experience as a call center supervisor*

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of call center agents
- Develop and implement performance metrics and goals
- Monitor call quality and agent performance
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a call center supervisor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)

Schedule: - Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
