Responsibilities
Where and how will you serve customers?
- Oversee and complete substructure repairs such as floor joists, beams, subfloors, and sills
- Perform home services to include, but not limited to, attic remediation’s, crawlspace encapsulations and insulation, vapor barrier to keep moisture out, and French Drains
- Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
- Communicate with customers by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction
- Serve as a problem solver to meet all of your customers’ needs
- Complete all required service-related documentation

- Pay of USD $18.00 to $22.00 hourly

Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
- No Experience Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws. This includes completing a drug test and having a valid driver’s license
What will my work environment be like?
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
