We are a dynamic and diverse team on a recurring multi-year, critical program, seeking a Regulatory Documentation Analyst with a Data Management (DM) background who likes to be challenged, solve problems, and be a contributing member of a highly skilled Agile program.

What You Will be Doing:
As a Document Analyst you will:
Analyze Configuration Data Management (CDM) Plans and Standard Operating Procedures for the C2 Ground programs.
Participate in interpreting customers’ proposals statements of work (SOWs) to develop CDM basis of estimate.
Ensure a controlled documentation system, record retention, and information services including electronic records retention processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ensures compliance to the requirements from regulatory agencies. Maintains the technical and non-technical documentation change system.
Assures procedures are in place to classify and maintain records. Interprets and enforces all documentation formatting, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements.
May identify submission components, communicate documentation standards and coordinate assembly of regulatory dossiers.
Analyze and evaluate data, extract pertinent information, prepare information abstracts and executive summaries of material searched.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college,
with 3 years of professional experience or 1 year
of professional experience with a related Masters
degree, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of and/or experience with data management

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $58,200 - $111,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
