Account Manager SWP- VIC - Military Veterans

What You Will Do:

As the Territory Manager for VIC/TAS - Surgical Workplaces, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. You will manage a defined sales territory, ensuring that the strategic sales plans for our surgical and operating room solutions are effectively implemented. Your work will involve engaging with hospitals and healthcare providers, delivering product presentations, and contributing to tender submissions to secure new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow sales within the VIC/TAS territory, focusing on our surgical workplaces and operating room integration products.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face and virtual interactions.
• Implement strategic sales plans, prioritizing products based on annual revenue targets.
• Participate in tender processes, identifying key stakeholders and influencing tender specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute product launches, marketing strategies, and inventory forecasting.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven Sales Experience: A successful track record in sales within the health and medical devices industry, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Customer-Centric Approach: High level of empathy and sensitivity towards patients and healthcare staff, with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Strategic and Operational Skills: Ability to plan and execute at both strategic and operational levels, with excellent organizational skills to prioritize workload effectively.
• Consultative Selling Abilities: Outstanding interpersonal skills with experience in consultative selling, particularly at the executive level.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work with CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer accounts.
• Healthcare Environment Familiarity: Comfort and experience working in various healthcare and medical settings, with a passion for being in the hospital environment.
