Director Finance Performance - Military Veterans

As an HCE Finance Director Performance+
here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving financial
performance and providing strategic insights to support decision-making within
the Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) business unit. You will be responsible
for leading financial planning and analysis activities, driving operational
excellence, and optimizing financial performance within the HCE business. You
will report directly to our VP CFO HCE and you will work out of our Atlanta, GA
location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity
to impact critical financial initiatives, drive business growth, and contribute
to the overall success of the HCE business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities for the HCE Performance+
    Products

  • Develop and manage financial performance metrics and reporting processes,
    specifically for pipeline instrumentation across Honeywell as well as return on
    investment measurement

  • Provide strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making and drive
    operational excellence

  • Collaborate with SBG and cross-functional teams to optimize financial
    performance and resource allocation

  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership
    within the HCE business

  • Understand tech stack and provide productivity and optimization opportunities


YOU MUST HAVE


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in driving financial performance and operational excellence

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in a leadership role within a finance function

  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and systems
