Product Service Manager - Military Veterans

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Service Manager to lead a team of Product Support Representatives. This position is ideal for a seasoned military leader with a mechanical background who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As the Product Service Manager, you will serve as the vital communication link between workers in the field including Territory Support Managers, dealers, and customers, and internal teams such as Product Management, Quality, Parts, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Product Liability.
Your primary focus will be on identifying, prioritizing, and resolving product issues to ensure continuous improvement in product quality and reliability. You will work closely with your team to gather and share crucial information with dealerships and customers, ensuring that they are informed and supported at every stage. By leading efforts to address emerging issues and implement field modifications, you will play a key role in achieving total customer satisfaction.
In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will actively contribute to new product development by communicating customer and dealer needs to internal teams. You will also oversee or conduct product update training, ensuring that both dealers and internal staff are well-versed in product improvements and new product introductions. You will need to be able to obtain a passport, there is an annual trip to Korea for a couple weeks to the global headquarters.
Base salary, $100 - $130K, plus a yearly bonus
401(k) match, full company match up to 6%, employee can participate immediately (no waiting period). Immediate vesting (employee immediately owns the company match funds)
PTO: 3 weeks
Holidays: Average of 11-12 paid holidays/year (including week of Christmas-New Years)

HSA funds are portable (belong to employee when they retire or leave the company)
