Torch Technologies is seeking a Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) RequirementsAnalyst with expertise in the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) and Capabilities Portfolio Management Review (CPMR) process with focus on requirements development, capabilities gap analysis, and staff operations. This position will support the Joint Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO) Director, Deputy Director, and Requirements and Capabilities Division Chief. The JCO serves as a focal point for the Department of Defense to synchronize and integrate C-sUAS efforts for all C-sUAS stakeholder (Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and Inter-Agency) CONUS and OCONUS activities. The incumbent will support requirements generation to meet the full range of materiel and non-materiel needs, which includes Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel (non-developmental), Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P).
Duties will include:
- Support the identification and prioritization of C-sUAS gaps and the development of annual CPMR products.
- Identify and integrate developments in materiel and non-materiel solutions with combat developers and program managers to improve warfighting capabilities for the Joint Force.
- Develop requirements documents in alignment with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) and other Joint processes.
- Prepares briefings, information papers, EXSUMS, senior level decision memoranda on issues, and represents the JCO at briefings, meetings, forums or conferences concerning organizational or functional areas of responsibility within the C-sUAS community of interest.
- Execute staff actions to support JCO efforts.
- Answer requests for information from C-sUAS stakeholder to include Congress, OSD and other key organizations,
Job Requirements
- Secret level security clearance and Top Secret eligibility is required
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Must have a basic understanding of the Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) mission
- Senior Military Staff experience required
