This Production Supervisor position is located in Ridgefield, WA and is is responsible to supervise and motivate multiple employees in a manufacturing facility ensuring all safety, quality, and production goals are met.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide day to day supervision of employees, including training, performance evaluation, and job execution
- Coordinate set-up of new jobs ensuring that Run Sheets, Materials, Personnel and Equipment are adequately allocated
- Coordinate employees' schedule such as overtime, vacation and attendance
- Review and approve employee labor hours utilization
- Assist with inventory cycle counting
- Assist with problems encountered as needed and interface with all levels of the company to ensure production objectives are met.
- Assist Quality Control technician with observing & correcting quality issues
- Must ensure that company policies and procedures are enforced, and always adhered to.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of equipment and materials in the fabrication area
- Responsible to ensure a safe work environment for employees; work with the HSE Manager regarding complications and/or proposed improvements. Ensure any incidents are reported to HSE department immediately.
- Responsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, guiding principles, procedures, and programs; including but not limited to the process map, support processes, health, safety and environmental requirements.

- Teamwork is necessary
- Clear and concise communicator (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Practice good housekeeping by maintaining a clean work area
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant
- Manual dexterity required for assisting in manufacturing and computers
- Ability to lift 50 pounds required
- Able to stand for long periods of time
