What You'll Do

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our cutting-edge medical devices are fully operational, directly impacting patient care and safety. You will be the trusted expert, conducting vital maintenance and providing top-tier technical support to our valued customers.

Your work will involve troubleshooting, installations, and ongoing support, all while building strong relationships with healthcare providers across the region.   • Conduct Preventative and Reactive Maintenance on medical devices, ensuring they function optimally.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues to maintain continuous operation.
  • Support the installation of new medical equipment, ensuring seamless integration at customer sites.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to technical expert.
  • Manage your own schedule and documentation, ensuring all service activities are accurately recorded.
  • In this role, you'll have the freedom to manage your own territory, make a real difference in the healthcare sector, and enjoy the opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Skills and Experience:

  • A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 12 months of experience in field service, preferably within medical devices or a related technical area.
  • Strong mechanical and electro-mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
  • Self-motivation and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own schedule.
  • A valid Driver's License and eligibility to obtain a Restricted (EAS) Electrical License.
