Banking Operations - Military Veterans

Our client is looking for a highly motivated operations professional at an analyst level to join their team! Along with your team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the full front-to-back operational support of Asset Management’s fund complex. The Fund Management team’s responsibilities can be broken down into four categories: event management, investment operations, board governance, and vendor management.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage the fund launch process for new investment products and distribution opportunities


• Oversee change events, restructures and terminations through the lifecycle of our funds


• Uplift strategic workflow infrastructure to bring additional control to launch and change events


• Serve as central point of contact for fund for inquiry resolution


• Provide risk oversight for nuanced support models for funds on the platform


• Schedule meetings, curate agendas and arrange presenters, collate materials, communicate with directors, and run meetings for the fund’s boards of directors


• Perform expense analysis to maximize commercial benefit for decisions regarding fund service providers

Qualifications:

• Graduate or undergraduate degree in finance, business, or related field


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment


• Commitment to excellence with a high level of integrity


• Strong understanding of financial instruments and technologically adept


• The ability to deliver on tight deadlines, multi-task in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure


• 0-3 years of experience in banking operations


• Well-developed organizational skills
