Looking for candidate to join the dynamic team where you’ll play a crucial role in processing medical, dental, and life insurance claims. We are seeking a skilled individual to uphold our commitment to precise and timely claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret plan benefits and process claims in alignment with plan provisions and departmental procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries about eligibility, benefits, and claims.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Claims Processing and Medical Billing.
- Proficient in word processing, data entry, and document editing.
- Knowledgeable in Windows, Excel, Access, and familiar with BASYS software and the Anthem Blue Cross website.
- Experience with online claims adjudication and understanding of claims codes, medical terminology, and PPO provider guidelines.
Skills Needed:
- Familiarity with medical terminology, R.V.S., C.P.T., I.C.D.A., and H.C.P.C.S. codes.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
