Nurse Manager needed in Dialysis Clinic.
Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm
Qualifications; Education Experience, Training:
1. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
2. Current California Board of Registered Nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
3. Experience in Chronic/Acute Hemodialysis and/or Home Setting.
Top tasks: Paperwork and Staff monitoring of 35-40 employees and some practical on the floor with patients but not very often
Job knowledge:
1. Must exhibit skills in leadership, creativity, integrity, initiative, and communication.
2. Must possess understanding of patient staffing ratios in the dialysis environment to maintain regulatory
compliance.
3. The Clinical Coordinator must possess a basic understanding about Medicare Conditions for Coverage including and
not limited to the electronic access to all related regulatory programs such as National Health and Safety Network
(NHSN) and the End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS) in order to effectively document the data
for the clinic.
4. Must be willing to work well with local law enforcement and fire officials when emergency situations arise.
5. The Clinical Coordinator will be familiar with policies and departmental functions of the local hospitals in which acute hemodialysis treatments are performed as these patients relate to potential referrals to the clinic.
