As an Experiential and Brand Marketing Coordinator within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based in Naples, FL.

Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that promote Linga's brand such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, product launches, corporate meetings, and other promotional activities.
Additionally, the position will oversee the brand identity of the company, coordinate the brand communications to ensure consistency across all channels and will co-create content. The E&BM Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to build a strong, recognizable brand that resonates with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

EXPERIENTIAL
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within budget.
Vendor and Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Event Coordination: Logistics: catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, product display, and accommodation.
Event Coordination and Execution: Create detailed plans with timelines, budgets, and logistics. Oversee the execution of events from start to finish: site selection, vendor management, event setup, registration, and post-event activities. Ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.
Attendee Experience: Ensure an engaging experience. Manage registration processes, respond to inquiries, and provide on-site support.
Post-Event Analysis: Collect feedback from attendees, analyze data, and provide reports and advice
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure events comply with regulations and standards. Identify and mitigate risks.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on trends and best practices. Propose and implement activities to enhance events effectiveness.

BRANDING
Brand Strategy Deployment: Implement the strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission and goals
Brand Identity Management: Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity
Market Research: Collaborate in initiatives to understand brand perception, trends, and customer insights.
Brand Metrics and Reporting: Analyze and report on brand health and campaign effectiveness.
KOL: Work with speakers, presenters, and panelists to develop event content, including agendas, presentations, and materials. Ensure content is aligned with event objectives and audience needs.
Partnerships and Sponsorships: Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that enhance the brand's visibility and credibility.
Promotion and Marketing: Ensure the meaningful promotion of events through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, website updates, and print materials.Job Description

  • Under direct supervision, assists in the coordination of basic marketing program execution.

  • Develops a strong understanding of existing marketing strategies and ability to implement established programs/initiatives.

  • Assists in the coordination and execution of marketing programs/initiatives, strategies and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Assists in data collection and synthesis in order to identify trends.

  • Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework.

  • Follows established processes and protocols including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.
