Product Support Field Representative - Military Veterans

Our client is seeking a solid Forklift Product Support Field Representative to join their team, with the flexibility to reside anywhere in the central U.S. near a major airport. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing technical support, training, and warranty analysis for our forklift trucks within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with Dealer Accounts, helping them enhance their service capabilities through hands-on support, training, and effective warranty management.

As a Product Support Field Representative, you will travel to customer sites to troubleshoot equipment issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure that dealership service teams are well-equipped to handle our products. Beyond offering technical advice, you will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims, from initiation to resolution, ensuring a seamless process for our Dealer Accounts. Your ability to interpret technical documents and communicate complex information clearly will be essential in improving the service quality and satisfaction of our national accounts.

In addition to field support, you will maintain regular communication with internal departments, entering service calls into the Service Call Center, following up on territory issues, and filing detailed weekly reports to the general manager.
