Northrop Grumman Australia partners with the Royal Australian Air Force to provide through-life support for its fleet of C-27J Spartan Airlifter aircraft. The C-27J complements the Australian Defence Force’s existing Air Mobility fleet and provides airlift of people, equipment and supplies to support Humanitarian Disaster Relief and crisis response in Australia and nearby regions.

Your Role

As the Configuration & Data Management (C&DM) Lead, you will be the C-27J Enterprise focal responsible for the implementation, execution, and overall management of C&DM across the C-27J Program.

In performing this role, leading the stewardship of the C-27J Enterprise C&DM System, you will be directly responsible for Enterprise Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), C&DM deliverables, Product Lifecycle Management Tool (PLMT) utilisation, and ensuring compliance with the C-27J Configuration Management Plan (CMP).

Additionally, you will support and coordinate C&DM requirements, inputs, and outputs across internal C-27J Program teams and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes pursuant to the C-27J Enterprise objectives and DASA regulations.

About You

Leading from the front, you will have excellent communication skills, talent for building productive relationships with key stakeholders, working towards predetermined long-range goals and objectives with a consultative and collaborative approach.

This, in combination with your knowledge and experience within ASDEFCON Sustainment Capabilities, engineering or technical qualifications, C&DM certifications, and familiarity with airworthiness regulations will be critical to your success in this role.
