The Adjunct Certified Nurse Aide Instructor is responsible for organizing and teaching classes (lecture, lab, and clinical hours) as assigned by the Academic Dean. Must be comfortable teaching a variety of methods; online, lecture, or lab and capable of creating an environment conducive to student learning. Must evaluate and report student performances and progress in courses in accordance with college and division policies and procedures, assess student learning outcomes in courses each term, and refer students to college resources, and ability to organize and present various curriculum concepts to a wide range of students with varying backgrounds and abilities and adjust teaching techniques accordingly. CNAInstructor is a Registered Nurse with a minimum of one hospital or clinical experience. Train the Trainer certificate or willingness to be certified upon hire. Ability to pass a background check, a valid U.S driver's license, and a good driving record. Must meet Minimum Faculty Standards for hire and adhere to college policies and procedures.
