Supply Planning Coordinator - Military Veterans

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:



  • Coordinate Documents : Efficiently manage and organize documents, ensuring data is gathered and inputted correctly for various administrative tasks.

  • Supervised Activities : Perform a range of activities under supervision, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

  • Administrative Support : Provide valuable support by conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests.

  • Data Management : Accurately gather, compile, and verify information, entering it into relevant documents and systems.

  • Data Entry & Reporting : Assist in collecting data and generating reports, aiding in departmental activities and decision-making processes.

  • Associate Support : Help with essential functions like preparing correspondence, managing visitors, and organizing meetings and calls.

  • Inquiry Response : Address and redirect inquiries, ensuring that all stakeholders receive timely and accurate information.

  • Financial Documentation : Prepare and process payment documentation, maintaining communication with accounts payable and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.

  • Data Communication and Visualization - Constructs a tale of the business problem, root cause, solution options, and opportunities through illustrating data visually, including reports and dashboards.


Education, Licenses, Certifications:


High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.


This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.


Experience:


Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience. 1-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.


QUALIFICATIONS


Additional Responsibilities:



  • Inventory management (increasing inventory turns, evaluating excess parts & quantity buys)

  • Ordering parts needed for upfit (responsible for a list of suppliers)

  • Following up with suppliers on parts order status

  • Managing supplier returns and shipping discrepancies

  • Reconciling supplier invoices as needed
