    Primary Responsibilities

    The Supply Chain Systems Lead (Forecast and Replenishment) supports the demand planning and replenishment functions in in the Supply Chain organization. This position leverages a high level of analytical skills and systems expertise to improve customer service level by identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing and ensuring adoption.


    Essential Functions


    • Support the design and implementation of forecasting and replenishment system enhancements acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for forecasting and replenishment planning processes and systems

    • Support Supply Chain team in use of forecasting and replenishment systems

    • Generate and present enhancements in systems, processes, tools, and develop training material and Standard Operating Procedures

    • Responsible for maintaining system health by efficiently supporting supply chain team

    • Responsible for monitoring interface errors from KeHE host systems (Transactional, Master data, etc) to Planning system

    • Responsible to test enhancements in systems, write test cases and scenarios, present results to several teams before deployment of functionalities

    • Responsible to document current as-is process vs new process while driving process changes through the supply chain organization.

    • Day to day owner to run models to analyze inventory investment vs service level trade-offs

    • Day to day owner to maintain all system configurations within the application (Vendor calendars, DC Calendars, ABC Stratification, Safety Stock, Lead Time Forecasting, Seasonality Parameters, Forecast and Replenishment Exception Parameters, Optimal Replenishment parameters)

    • Partner with the Process and Training team and be able to articulate impact on processes with capability changes and assist in streamlining internal Supply Chain and cross functional processes

    • Ongoing measurement of systems stability, data accuracy, and processes that drive efficiencies for the organization and the partners we support


    Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude


    • A four-year college degree in Business or related field is required.

    • Basic understanding of transportation, warehousing, supply-chain execution software and third-party logistics.

    • 10-15% travel required.

    • Strong analytical and thinking skills.

    • Ability to learn new skills.

    • Possess a sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail.

    • Ability to manage large volumes of data.

    • Talent communicating effectively both orally and in writing with people at all organizational levels.

    • Ability to effectively manage a wide variety of tasks simultaneously and often with time conflicting pressures.

    • Demonstrated ability to work productively and effectively as part of a team.
