Job Description
Responsable de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas electrónicos de controles de acceso a través de los recursos asignados al Centro de Monitoreo para este fin, realizar funciones operativas de inspecciones de importaciones y exportaciones de acuerdo con los estándares de las certificaciones CTPAT y OEA en la seguridad de la cadena de suministro y canalizar la información obtenida a los responsables de cada área involucrada.
2.1 Organización, plan y control
- Recopilar información de novedades o incidentes internos o externos que involucren cualquier bien parte del patrimonio Medline.
- Operar y monitorear el hardware y software asignado a Seguridad Patrimonial (CCTV, Alarmas, GPS, Controles de acceso).
- Asegurar el apoyo inmediato ante incidentes o novedades en la operación diaria.
- Enlace principal entre la operación, Seguridad Patrimonial y el Control Center PDM.
- Soporte al sistema de Seguridad Ejecutiva (VP, Ejecutivos y Visitas VIP).
- Elaborar reportes incidentes, estadísticas y actividades de Seguridad Patrimonial.
- Asegurar las revisiones de exportaciones e importaciones de acuerdo con los estándares de las certificaciones CTPAT, OEA y procedimientos internos.
- Registrar y documentar las revisiones de exportaciones e importaciones de acuerdo con los estándares de las certificaciones CTPAT, OEA y procedimientos internos.
- Elaborar reportes incidentes, estadísticas y actividades de la seguridad de la cadena de suministro.
- Preparatoria
- Inglés nivel Intermedio.
- 1 a 2 años en posición similar seguridad patrimonial, centro de control o monitoreo.
